A refundable insurance fee is required for all shipments. This fee will be fully refunded if none of the situations described below affect your package. Insuring your shipment helps ensure that your package receives a high level of protection and care throughout delivery.

Packages registered as discreet shipments may require additional release authorization before delivery can continue smoothly.

Packages registered under a discreet category may require additional screening when shipment contents are not declared. Extra verification and insurance requirements may apply before release.

Anonymous Sender Information

Sender information that is anonymous or cannot be verified may cause the shipment to be reviewed under additional security procedures.

No Return Address

Shipments without a return address may require receiver verification. Insurance is recommended to help avoid unnecessary processing delays.

Standard Package 0-100 grams $215

Standard Package 110-500 grams $1,250

Standard Package 510 grams-1 kg $2,550

Discreet Package Flat refundable insurance fee $324

Payment methods

Current accepted payment options.

We previously accepted bank transfers and credit/debit card payments. Due to banking policies and increased payment fraud, current accepted methods may be limited.

Cash Payment

Funds may be submitted directly at our head office. Once payment is made, an official physical refund receipt is issued.

Cryptocurrency

Accepted cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin (BTC) and Bitcoin Cash (BCH). Refunds are issued using the same method used during original registration or payment.
